Responsibilities: • Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions. • Draft and execute residential purchase and listing agreements. • Conduct property evaluations and create listing presentations that deliver market expertise and value to sellers. • Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs in coordination with our channel partners. • Be available to assist and support your clients throughout their real estate journey. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Compensation: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 a year
