Responsibilities: • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Has a real estate license • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Commission opportunity • Has a real estate license Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions
