Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation: 120000+
