    Do you want to level up your career? We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent who is transitioning their focus towards representing sellers. By joining our team and mastering our proven listing process, you will not only refine your skills but also emerge as a successful listing agent, adept at navigating the complexities of the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and proactive. This agent will excel in strategic marketing, compliance, and seller relationships, tailoring their approach to fit the new standards and practices set forth by the industry changes. Responsibilities: • Listing Management: Manage all aspects of the listing process, including property evaluations, market analysis, and staging advice, to position properties competitively. • Education and Compliance: Stay informed about the latest industry changes due to the NAR settlement and educate sellers on these developments, ensuring full compliance with the new regulations. • Seller Advocacy: Champion the seller's interests by crafting compelling listing presentations and negotiating the best outcomes for them within the new guidelines. • Off-MLS Marketing: Utilize alternative marketing channels to promote listings and navigate the restrictions on compensation discussions and promotions via MLS. • Professional Development: Engage in continuous education, including participating in related coaching programs, to remain prolific in listing-focused real estate strategies. • Client Consultation: Provide high-quality seller consultations, highlighting the changes in MLS policy and how they may impact the selling process and compensation negotiations. • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and manage contracts on behalf of sellers, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the selling process. • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary. • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings. • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly. • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings. Qualifications: • Please apply only if you have experience representing a buyer or seller in at least five real estate transactions. • Active real estate license and a strong track record in the sales side of real estate transactions. • In-depth knowledge of the latest real estate market trends, particularly those relating to the post-NAR settlement market. • Robust understanding of marketing tactics outside the MLS framework. • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. • Adept at adapting to new regulations and ensuring compliance in all listing practices. • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards as an agent and advocating for sellers' best interests. • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry. • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success. • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself. • Currently licensed in real estate. • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. Compensation: $200,000+ at plan
