Responsibilities: • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $150,000
