Client-Centric Focus: • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. • Address and resolve any client issues with efficiency and professionalism. • Oversee the entire sales journey from initial contact to deal closure. Qualifications: • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Team leadership ability • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Previous sales experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position. Education and Experience: • At least 5 years of stellar real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Skills and Competencies: • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Deep understanding of the local real estate market. Certifications: • Valid real estate license in Texas. Compensation: $95,500 - $112,500 yearly
