Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes – all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client while interpreting today’s real estate market • Learn all of the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis • Generate business from your own efforts – including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Must obtain/have your MN/WI Real Estate license • Passionate and Compassionate • Fun-loving • Hardworking • Personable • Resilient • Must have a valid driver’s license • Energetic • Intelligent • Flexible • Ambitious Compensation: $50,000 yearly commissions
