Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
