Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Lead follow up • Real estate buyer sales • Database • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Sales mastery Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions
