    We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showing of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market. • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis. • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities. • Your main job is to grow relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service. • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions. • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standard of client service. • Identify homes that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales. • Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in timely manner. • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth. Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • NO Real Estate experience is needed • Must fit into the Urban Cool Homes culture • Must obtain your Denver Real Estate license for employment (we'll show you how) • Speed matters • Coachability matters • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Professional in attitude and appearance • Gritty • Must have reliable personal transportation for work purposes. Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000 yearly
