Responsibilities: • Participate in in-depth training and mentorship led by seasoned professionals based in Charleston to excel in the position. • Engage in actively seeking new business opportunities through a real estate CRM system, while also managing and nurturing current clients and leads. • Receive guidance and assistance from a top-performing agent on the team to enhance real estate skills effectively. • Utilize various lead opportunities provided to maximize success in the competitive real estate market. • Dedicate 40-50 hours weekly to meet performance targets efficiently. • Consistently provide top level , white glove service to customers and clients throughout the transaction - nurture to closed. • Access continuous support and resources aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency in the role. • Benefit from appointments being scheduled by a dedicated inside sales team to streamline workflow. • Thrive in a supportive and dynamic work environment that values commitment, positive energy, and teamwork. Qualifications: • To apply for the Realtor - Licensed Sales Agent position in Charleston, candidates must have an active South Carolina Real Estate License or be actively working towards obtaining one, which should be linked with Keller Williams prior to joining the Team. • Proficiency in effectively utilizing Google Systems Efficiency is a critical skill necessary for this role. • Excellent communication skills are vital for successful engagement with leads in this role. • Demonstrating professionalism in all forms of communication and transactions is a fundamental expectation for this position. • Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for excelling as a Realtor. • Attention to detail, particularly in contract drafting, is a crucial qualification required for this role. • A strong work ethic is indispensable for achieving success in this position. • Real estate experience, negotiation skills, and a high level of customer service are prerequisites for applicants to thrive in this role. Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000+ annually
