    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, driven Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The salesperson will represent properties we manage for leasing, while also bringing in new business and managing deals independently. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of retail and medical real estate in the Tri-State area who is ready to grow their portfolio and career in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Represent the company in leasing commercial and medical real estate properties in Long Island and the Tri-State area.

    Source and secure new tenants for properties in our management portfolio.

    Develop new business by sourcing and closing real estate deals independently.

    Negotiate leasing contracts with tenants, ensuring all agreements meet client expectations.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.

    Provide clients with expert guidance on market trends, property values, and leasing opportunities.

    Utilize marketing tools to promote available properties, including LoopNet, Crexi, and other platforms.

    Stay up to date with local market conditions, pricing, and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Active New York Real Estate License (Required).

    3-5 years of experience in retail or medical real estate leasing.

    In-depth knowledge of the New York Tri-State area real estate market, particularly Long Island and NYC.

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

    Self-starter with the ability to generate and manage leads independently.
