Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity Compensation: $75,000 - $160,000 at plan
