    Licensed Residential Service Plumber - Oklahoma City

    We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Licensed Residential Service Plumber to provide exceptional installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services for our customers' domestic and light commercial plumbing systems.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality service. This role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to work under pressure, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Arrive at customer locations on time and prepared to address their plumbing needs.

    • Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips, and techniques for damage prevention, providing professional recommendations for system optimization.

    • Advise customers on additional services that may be beneficial.

    • Perform routine maintenance, such as replacing seals and repairing leaks.

    • Install water heaters, water lines, garbage disposals, new fixtures, etc.

    • Utilize a variety of tools, including electrical hand tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines, and ProPress.

    • Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including knowledge of system operations and preventative maintenance.

    • Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.

    • Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers as needed.

    • Accurately document the details of each service call.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude.

    • Ability to read and understand technical instructions.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of equipment, tools, and methods commonly applied in plumbing services.

    • Knowledge of code requirements and safety practices concerning plumbing work.

    • Proven diagnostic skills.

    • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant plumbing software tools for tasks such as timekeeping, customer billing, and processing credit card payments.

    Required Education/Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED.

    • 4+ years of experience.

    • Journeyman License Required.
