What You’ll Do:
Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines business
Build strong relationships through excellent communication
Discern client needs and provide the right solutions—turning every interaction into a win
Collaborate with our team to exceed individual and agency sales goals
What You Bring:
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
Relentless work ethic, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach
A competitive spirit, thick skin, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ability to read people, quickly identify their needs, and close deals with confidence
The Benefits:
Base pay of $15 to $17 per hour, with uncapped commissions and bonuses
Earning potential of $60K to $100K plus annually based on performance
