Join our dynamic and customer-focused Allstate Insurance Agency as an Outbound Licensed Sales Professional (LSP)! We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to help grow our agency through outbound sales efforts. Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
Educate clients on Allstate products (auto, home, and life insurance) and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets (minimum $25,000 premium).
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to Allstate Financial Services (EFS) when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on product offerings and compliance requirements.
Job Qualifications
Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for Washington state (required).
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in outbound calling or insurance.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college is a plus.
Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Pay: $20.76/hour (2025 Seattle minimum wage) + uncapped commissions.
