We are an Elite Level Agency that is looking to add to our team. We are building a Fun team to take care of our clients Insurance needs. We believe in being rewarded for your efforts, work-life balance, and Daily focused efforts. We strive to work with efficiency and effectiveness, and be highly effective during the hours we invest daily.
Base Salary Plus Commission and Bonus: Entry-level candidates start at a $32,000 base and Experienced candidates start at a $36,000 base, Plus Commissions and Team bonuses. Average level Agents can expect to earn $55k to $70k. Elite level Agents can expect to earn $75k to $95k

Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain insurance license within 30 days
