One of Southern California’s Premier Allstate Agencies ( top 10% in USA ) serving all California Counties, has once again expanded and is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Professional for an immediate position to sell personal lines. Product lines include but are not limited to:

Personal Lines include auto , home, renters, umbrella, condo, motorcycle, RV, Boat, and many more…. Commercial Lines for BOP’s, Auto, Excess etc…

Financial Services include Life, Retirement, Annuities, Investments. Agency has Securities & Life Licensed Specialist on hand for fixed and non-fixed investments.

Requirements:

1. Must have a Property & Casualty License.
2. Excellent communication skills and work ethic. .
3. Computer & Organizational skills are a must!
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, must be self-motivated and meet established attainable goals
5. Ability to add new business to the agency from our marketing programs. And explain our referral program to each new customer and prospect.
6. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

Benefits and Compensation

1. Hourly + Commission and eligibility for agency bonus as applicable. Annual income is based upon production, execution and experience.
2. Part Time position 8:30am-1:30pm or 9:00am-2:00pm during workdays Monday-Friday. Schedule flexible.
