What You'll Do:

Educate clients on insurance products and tailor solutions to protect their homes, cars, and families.

Generate and close new business, developing strong, lasting client relationships.

Proactively prospect and qualify leads from various sources.

Engage and serve your local community, becoming a trusted insurance advisor.

Provide outstanding customer experiences that build confidence and loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

A motivated, energetic individual with excellent communication skills.

A passion for helping others and making a difference in your community.

Sales experience is great, but not necessary—we'll help you get licensed!

Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (Licensed candidates preferred).

Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative yet independent work environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a proactive mindset.
