We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agents to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. This is a sales-focused role that requires strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a client base through various sales strategies, including outside sales, telemarketing, and networking
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend updates or additional coverage as needed
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
