We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic professional to serve as our Licensed Social Worker. The ideal candidate will have long term care experience and be an integral team player with experience in being an advocate for patients and residents and ensuring quality care is being delivered.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work

• 3+ years of social work experience

• Current LCSW or willingness to obtain within the first six months of employment

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Ability to make psychosocial assessments and develop and implement care plans

• Ability to provide after-hours service as needed
