Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5+, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely, including evenings and weekends (high demand).

Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
Provide individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
Maintain documentation per company policies
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
Engage in social work activities to address patient needs.
Participate in behavioral health interventions within the hospital setting.
