    Job Location: T.O. Vinson 440 Winn Way, Decatur, GA 30030 **
    ** Division/Department: Community Health Division- MCH

    Hours: 16-20 hrs/wk

    Duties: Under general supervision, screens and assesses clients and develops a comprehensive plan of care for

    clients in speech and language. Provides follow-up treatment consistent with program guidelines. Advocates for the implementation and coordination of services within the program and other agencies/resources. Home visits and

    clinical evaluations are required. Participates in team meetings and the Primary Service Provider model.

    Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in speech-language pathology or audiology, or both, from an

    accredited college or university A D cu1Tent Georgia licensure and/or certification to practice in the area of

    assignment.

    Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the minimum qualifications, experience caring for children with Autism and feeding disorders is prefe1Ted.
