Responsibilities: • Conduct at least 10 client sessions weekly • Establish a quiet and private workspace at home • Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all work • Enjoy working independently with comprehensive support • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and assist others • Strive for personal and professional growth • Provide personalized psychotherapy to adults and/or children using various therapeutic modalities • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is advantageous • Maintain a consistent caseload • Manage communication with office staff and clients • Maintain professionalism in all interactions • Utilize collaborative note-writing practices • Develop safety plans when necessary Qualifications: • A valid California license is required for this position • Individuals residing outside of California must hold a California license • Newly licensed individuals are welcome to apply • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must • The ability to connect with clients and maintain a steady caseload is essential • Dedication and passion for providing top-quality client care are required • Preference for training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS, among others • Must be able to work independently, adapt to changes, and follow instructions effectively • Not currently operating a private practice • Must have a private space at home to conduct telehealth sessions • Bilingualism is a plus but not mandatory • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are necessary • Access to a computer and phone for work purposes is required • Strong social skills and a positive attitude are important • Previous experience in telehealth is preferred • Open and clear communication with administrative staff is expected Compensation: $55 - $57 hourly + benefits
