  • Responsibilities

    The Bouma Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Since we are the #1 real estate team in Ann Arbor, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and be committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities: • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Supervise admin department to ensure efficiency. • Train and mentor department, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. • Reports to the CEO. • Ensure all real estate transactions are handled efficiently and according to the Bouma Group’s policies and procedures. • Monitor overall office activities and ensure that all systems are running smoothly. • Managing End of Day (EOD) reports from admin staff. • Managing the day-to-day office operations to ensure optimal performance. • Act as a Listing Coordinator and Closing Coordinator for our clients. Qualifications: • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
