    Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly Contract Management : • Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and necessary documents are complete and compliant with Texas real estate laws. • Monitor deadlines for contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and closing dates. • Communicate regularly with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure the transaction progresses smoothly. Document Tracking & Compliance: • Upload and manage all transaction documents in the brokerage’s transaction management system. • Ensure compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations and brokerage policies. • Verify escrow deposits and closing instructions. Communication : • Act as the main point of contact between clients, real estate agents, title companies, and other stakeholders. • Provide status updates to agents and clients throughout the transaction process. Coordination of Key Milestones : • Schedule inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services. • Ensure all contingencies and deadlines are met. Problem-Solving : • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process. • Proactively identify potential problems and take corrective action. MLS Entry and Maintenance : • Create and manage property listings in the MLS, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete. • Upload property descriptions, photos, and virtual tours to the MLS. • Make updates to listings as needed (price changes, status updates, open house details, etc.). Client Support : • Provide sellers with updates on listing activity, including showings, feedback, and market trends. • Assist sellers in completing listing agreements and necessary disclosures. Compliance and Documentation : • Ensure all listing agreements, seller disclosures, and other required forms are completed and properly filed. • Confirm the accuracy of MLS data to comply with local MLS and TREC rules. Open House & Showing Support: • Coordinate open houses and showing schedules. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing Compensation: $45,000
