What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Active LVN License in the state of Texas. 🔹 Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a medical setting (Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred). 🔹 Reliable Transportation – Travel within San Antonio is required (Mileage reimbursement provided!). 🔹 Passion for Patient Care – Motivated and compassionate individuals dedicated to enhancing the lives of home health clients.
