LVN Responsibilities and Duties

• Helping clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Performing basic health care services for Clients, including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
• Providing skilled nursing services
• Perform Nursing assessments regularly
• Helping with general light housekeeping.
• Making transportation arrangements as needed.
• Working with fellow nurses, personal care attendants, CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.
• Observing and reporting on client's condition.
• Keeping up with in-service training.

LVN Requirements:

• Must Have a verifiable License to perform nursing services
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to provide references.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
