Responsibilities: • Review, analyze, and interpret medical records related to cases. • Provide insights and expertise on medical issues, terminology, and treatment procedures. • Assist attorneys in understanding the medical nuances of their cases. • Draft medical summaries and chronologies to be used in legal proceedings. • Serve as a liaison between the legal team, healthcare providers, and experts. • Stay updated with current medical practices, legal standards, and regulations. • Attend virtual meetings and provide medical insights to the legal team. Qualifications: • LVN Required, Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred. • Previous experience as a Legal Nurse Consultant or in a similar role. • Proficient understanding of medical procedures, terminology, and standards. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner. • Familiarity with legal procedures and terminologies. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Compensation: $55,000
