Treehouse Family Counseling Services has immediate openings in our group play therapy practice. We are located in San Ramon and are a well-established clinical practice providing exceptional mental health services to a diverse community.
We are looking for
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, or Licensed Professional Counselors with experience.
Associate clinician applicants should be licensed therapists with at least 1-year post-licensure experience. Associate clinicians need to have a minimum of 1500 hours of practical experience.

Job Summary In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.
Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide high-quality counseling services to meet the assessed needs of the clients
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Use play therapy, sandtray, and expressive arts as part of the treatment plan.
Collaborate with other team members to help the entire family thrive.
Create and maintain confidential clinical records via the EHR system
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Available to work 20-25 clinical hours per week plus administrative time
Participate in weekly consultation/staff meeting by sharing clinical expertise
