The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of licensing for different trades, has efficiency and is detail oriented, has strong time management skills, can work well both independently and as part of a team, and can adapt to constant changes in the company. Responsibilities: • Manages the process of obtaining and maintaining licenses for individualand the company. • Research changes in application and license regulations. • Collecting necessary documents. • Communicating with both SMSI employees and licensing agencies. • Ensures licenses are compliant with laws. • Monitors license statuses to maintain accurate records. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a licensing coordinator or similar role is recommended. • Must be organized and detail oriented. • Must have strong time management capabilities. • Strong ability to work efficiently and be task focused. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong understanding of licensing and license requirements for different trades. • Knowledge of licensing laws and regulations. • Must have great verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and data management skills. Compensation: $20 hourly DOE
