    Position Summary:

    Complete Solar's Licensing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the business by expertly managing licensing compliance at state and local levels. You will be responsible for responding to requests from various departments, negotiating qualifier agreements, addressing qualifier questions and escalations, and making various improvements to our current processes. Strong written and verbal communication and excellent time management are crucial to be successful in this role.     Essential Duties

    • Complete licensing forms and applications
    • Request and compile documents such as certificates of insurance, bonds, etc.
    • Negotiate qualifier agreements
    • Address qualifier questions and escalations
    • Conduct research on licensing requirements in various jurisdictions throughout the country
    • Communicate and coordinate with various corporate office departments as needed

    Key Competencies

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Above-average time management skills and experience taking ownership in a multifaceted environment
    • Strong capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving
    • Attention to detail
    • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft Office 365 products

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
