    The Licensing, Regulatory Compliance, & Government Affairs (LRC/GA) team is an internal service provider that supports Sportradar's fast growth by ensuring compliance with all gaming and betting laws and regulations.

    As a member of the LRC/GA team, the Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be a centralized versatile team member responsible for: a) completing, maintaining, and renewing key person disclosure applications, and b) gathering, reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing relevant new and existing laws, rules, and regulations that apply to Sportradar’s products and services in emerging and existing markets, as needed. This includes maintaining a system of records and processes needed to optimize and scale Sportradar’s licensing efforts.

    THE CHALLENGE :

    • Review and completion of licensing applications, renewals, and amendments for C-level officers and Board of Directors.
    • Provide guidance to personnel completing individual license applications; sending reminders and implementing timelines to achieve Sportradar’s application deadlines.
    • Maintenance of licensing software with the goal of optimizing and scaling administrative work associated with gaming and license applications for C-level officers and Board of Directors.
    • Proactively interface with regulators on an as-needed basis, including responses to inquiries regarding regulatory investigations, application reviews, and acting as point of contact for C-level officers and Board of Directors.
    • Organization and upkeep of official records, correspondence, and notices regarding Sportradar’s licensing activities.
    • Track sports betting legalization legislative and regulatory efforts of new and existing jurisdictions with special focus on licensing requirements for both regulatory and government affairs purposes.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Sportradar’s products and services and advise on (i) regulatory and licensing issues for the same, (ii) adjustments of gaming and supplier key person license applications and subsequent renewals thereof, (iii) and go-to-market strategies surrounding the same.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • 2+ years of similar licensing, regulatory, government affairs experience.
    • Background with focus on gaming and betting licensing and regulatory compliance is preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience in Compliance is an advantage but not required.
    • Familiarity with software solutions such as Confluence, SharePoint, and OneComply preferred.
    • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, administrative, people communication; and attention to detail is required.
    • Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment with both long- and short-term deadlines.
    • In-house experience preferred; enterprise business experience in supporting a domestic and/or international legal team.
    • Knowledge of gaming and betting laws and regulations.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with business professionals, other in-house attorneys, outside counsel, C-level officers, and Board of Directors.
    • Willingness to work autonomously and independently, as well as part of a team, and exert ownership over the licensing administration.

    Pay Range: $ 60,000.00 - $65,000.00

    Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
