If this sounds like a job you’d love, apply now! • No Cold Calling. • No Purchase of Leads. • No Prospecting Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Qualifications: • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Compensation: $62,500 yearly
