Responsibilities: • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 at plan
