Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Meeting and contacting new potential clients to discuss financial concerns and needs • Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients • Analyzing client needs and presenting potential solutions • Providing ongoing service to clients • Developing and implementing personal business and marketing plans • On-going development of professional skills and knowledge Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Compensation: $84,000 at plan yearly + benefits
