Responsibilities: • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Qualifications: • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
