You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security. Qualifications: • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far. • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.” • Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
