Responsibilities: • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security. Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far. • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.” • Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
