You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional Qualifications: • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Candidates with active investment licenses preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
