Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience Qualifications: • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $86,000 - $100,000 yearly
