Responsibilities: • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus Compensation: 93,000 - 121,000 yearly
