Responsibilities: • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews and proactive communication. • Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Use various prospecting methods to acquire new clients and build a sustainable practice through referrals. • Policy Management: Analyze clients’ needs and provide informed recommendations to optimize their insurance coverage. • Custom Solutions: Develop personalized insurance strategies for clients considering their financial goals and risk tolerance. • Team Collaboration: Work with our team of experts to enhance client services and contribute to team success. • Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with insurance regulations and trends to offer cutting-edge advice. Qualifications: • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong motivation and drive. • Integrity. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required. Compensation: $102,353 - $135,625 yearly
