Responsibilities: • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry responses, insurance eligibility, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective client base via networking, asking for referrals, and other marketing strategies • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, continuing education, and monitor insurance portfolios to ensure mutual satisfaction • Attend training and obtain relevant licenses in a timely manner Qualifications: • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person") and a sincere desire to help others Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
