You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance solutions, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Whether entry-level or experienced, we’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Along the way, you'll get your financial licenses and work with investments as well. Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and services we offer • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Candidates with active investment licenses preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 at plan
