Responsibilities: • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus Compensation: $75,000 - $113,000 at plan yearly
