You'll also: • Develop and implement business and marketing plans • Prospect for potential clients • Discuss the financial concerns and needs of individuals • Present potential solutions using our suite of products and services • Develop your professional skills and knowledge Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Skilled with Microsoft Office Compensation: $90,000+ commission based
