Our Agency Protégé Program provides a unique opportunity for mentorship and training from an established professional agent. You’ll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that will build your own book of business. You will “earn as you learn’’ without previous insurance sales experience. If you have a willingness to learn, motivation to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you today! Responsibilities: • Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals • Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building • Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates • Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Address prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner Qualifications: • Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people • Strong leadership and communications skills are a must • One year minimum sales experience preferred • Successful completion of a background check is required • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Life Insurance license Compensation: $70,000 at plan commission
