    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, analyzing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. This is a unique position that requires no cold calling, cold knocking, prospecting, or canvasing

    Duties:

    - Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs

    - Market and sell various insurance products

    - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

    - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations

    - Conduct outside sales visits to meet with potential clients

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales

    - Bilingual proficiency is a plus

    - Excellent customer service skills

    - Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable products

    - Prior experience in sales, particularly outside sales, is preferred
