We're seeking a motivated and competitive worker to join our team as an Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Agent with Tribal Solutions, you'll be responsible for selling policies to clients, handling claims, and keeping track of policy renewals.

Insurance Agent Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell life, insurance to a variety of clients, working with them to find the policy that best suits their needs
• Go through policies with clients so that they have an understanding of the insurance costs and benefits
• Work alongside marketing team members to further client outreach
• Work alongside other team members
• Maintain all client records
• Provide continual service by processing insurance renewals and working to retain clients
• Track insurance claims to ensure the satisfaction of all parties
• Answer client and potential client insurance-related queries as needed

Insurance Agent Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Superb communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Position is 100% commission
• Life insurance state license is preferred but not required
